Returns and shipments

Orodent Srl ensures delivery within 1/2 working days for national shipments.
Shipping costs are FREE.
Deliveries are made during working hours from Monday to Friday, the courier will make 2 delivery attempts.
In the event that the courier delivers a damaged, wet or open package, please accept it only with reservation, specifying on the waybill before signing the reason for the reservation (e.g. open package, wet package…).

Return terms and costs:

You may decide to return any product purchased within 15 days of receiving the goods.
Please note: before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all internal labels and tags attached, not stained, damaged or used.
The cost for the pick-up service, in Italy, for the return package is 8€, which will be deducted directly from the amount of the returned goods.

1 BOOK YOUR RETURN

Contact our customer service at sales@orodent.com or by phone at +39 0456450635, and let us know your return intentions. We will take care of booking the pick-up by the GLS express courier on the day and address by your choice.

2 PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the items in the same box in which you received them.

3 DELIVER THE PARCEL TO THE COURIER

The courier will collect the package at the address and on the date you specified in the online return procedure.

4 GET YOUR REFUND

After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the returned items and the corresponding amount will be credited to you in the same method with which you made the purchase.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your expense and the refund will not be made.
